A Group ID is a shared Office 365 Outlook account used by a group of people in one department and/or unit.
A Guest AccessID is issued to select non-Wayne State University persons who require short-term access to WSU systems and services to directly benefit academic or administrative WSU activities.
Reset your AccessID password via self-service or the Help Desk.
Many departments use the W: drive to store important files. If you are a Campus and Classroom Technology Services (CCTS) user, your personal files are also saved to a server. If you are working remotely, it is possible to access these files from your personal device.
