Alumni data requests

Alumni data requests assist staff with alumni-related reporting and data needs, including updates to alumni records, data corrections and customized alumni reports or dashboards.

Report requests

For alumni or constituent reports from CRM Advance. For more information on what's available from the Analytics and Reporting team, see our Analytics and Reporting Guide. Examples: 

• "Please pull a mailing list of all 1980-1985 SOM donors."
• "Please provide a list of donors who have given $2,500 or more to Nursing."
• "Please provide a count of all living alumni in Oakland County."

Data updates

For biographical updates and corrections to CRM Advance constituent or organizational records. Examples: 

• "Please update preferred address for..."
• "Please update employment for... "
• "Please bulk add these contact reports to Advance." (Template: Contact report for bulk load requests)
