Project request (Division of Digital Strategy and Operational Excellence)
Submit this request for initiatives, improvements or new opportunities that support Wayne State University's goals through technology, data, process improvement, operational excellence or organizational change.
Requests may range from departmental efforts to university-wide initiatives such as:
- New systems and/or enhancements
- Business process improvements
- Workflow automation
- Data and reporting solutions
- Digital transformation efforts
- Compliance initiatives
- Vendor-supported implementations
- Other projects intended to deliver a defined business outcome
Note: Please do not use this request for routine support issues, break and/or fix incidents, access requests or standard operational tasks. If you are unsure whether your request should be managed as a project, submit it through this service and the DSOE team will review and route it appropriately.
