Project Request (Digital Strategy & Operational Excellence)
Submit this request for initiatives, improvements, or new opportunities that support Wayne State University's goals through technology, data, process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational change.
Requests may range from departmental efforts to university-wide initiatives and can include new systems or enhancements, business process improvements, workflow automation, data and reporting solutions, digital transformation efforts, compliance initiatives, vendor-supported implementations, and other projects intended to deliver a defined business outcome.
Do not use this request for routine support issues, break/fix incidents, access requests, or standard operational tasks.
