How to Request Access
- Research faculty and PIs submit an application to the Division of Research & Innovation (DORI).
- Upon application approval, DORI will notify the PI and will send an intake form.

Gemini Enterprise is an enterprise-grade AI collaboration and productivity platform powered by Google’s most capable multimodal models; it enables users to analyze complex documents, synthesize research data, draft content, summarize communications, search across institutional data, and streamline daily administrative tasks within a secure, privacy-first environment where data is protected using the security of Google Cloud.
How to Request Access
The University has a limited number of Enterprise licenses; usage justification will need to be provided and approved. Faculty and staff can request access to Gemini Enterprise by submitting this form.
Google Skills
Customers using the Google supported projects have access to Google Skills, Google’s online, asynchronous learning platform. The platform combines nearly 3,000 courses, hands-on labs, and credentials focused on artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and other technical skills.
