Use this service to acquire new software that will be used for faculty, staff, or students in an academic/instructional capacity only. This service will facilitate and kick off the process to get the requested software reviewed by the software review committee. The committee will ensure the software is not already available or something similar in our software instructional tools database (Instructional Tools Database) as well as make sure security and ADA standards are followed. This process will take a few weeks to complete due to multiple interactions with the vendor and the retrieval of detailed information needed to fulfil the request.
