Why can't I log in to Banner Pre-Production?

Banner Pre-Production requires a two-step login process using your AccessID and password, followed by your Pre-Production password. Contact the C&IT Help Desk if you need assistance.

There is a two step process to log in to Banner Pre-Production. Log in to Banner Pre-Production using your AccessID and password, and then use your Pre-Production password when you are prompted for your Oracle password.
