Purchases from the C&IT Help desk store may be distributed with the following methods.
By departmental shared network drive
If your department has a shared drive, you can download the software to a shared folder on the drive that both you and the recipient can access.
By download link
Some products contain a download link in the Installation Instructions & Product Key PDF download that can be shared and accessed by the intended recipient. The recipient will need to enter their AccessID and password in order to download file(s). You can also forward the email invoice with the instructions to the intended recipient.
