The Wayne State University Directory is a public online listing of Wayne State schools, colleges, departments, students, faculty, staff, and some retirees. Directory information is populated from university databases that use human resources and other institutional data, C&IT cannot edit or make alterations to directory information.

How to change employee personal information in the directory
Log in to Academica and go to the WSU Resources menu on the left-hand side. Click Employee Resources > Employee Self-Service > View Personal Info.
How to change employee work information in the directory
Requests to change a job title, division name, or department name must come from a BAO. Reach out to your supervisor if there are errors in your directory work information.
How to find someone's email in the directory
Go to wayne.edu/people and use the search bar to search for a Wayne State community member by name, AccessID, or department.
How to remove yourself from the directory
Wayne State students may sign a Release of Directory Information form to request the removal of their information from the website directory. University employees including student employees may not restrict information from the directory. Users who have chosen to remove their information will appear as Unavailable when searched for.
