How to run R on the grid

Follow these steps to run R on the Grid.

Step 1

Log in to the Grid.

Step 2

Submit an interactive job: srun -q primary --mem 5G -t 10:00:00 --pty bash.

Step 3

Type module load r/3.2.3.

Step 4

Type R.

You are now running R.
